- Regarding initial defects, we will only respond if you contact us within two weeks of receiving the product (with the tag still attached) .

In addition, we cannot provide any service after the product has been washed, even if it is within the period and unused, so please check that there are no defects when the product arrives.

With the exception of some regions, products shipped from overseas will be delivered in about 1 week to 10 days.
